Holiday, the visionary founder and CEO of Holiday Post-Op Retreat, brings over two decades of extensive healthcare experience, blending deep clinical expertise with a passion for compassionate care. As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), she built a robust career in high-pressure environments, including Level 1 Trauma Centers and leading Cancer Hospitals. Her specialization in cardiac, trauma, head and neck, and plastic surgery honed her skills and instilled an unwavering commitment to patient advocacy.  

Her journey toward establishing Holiday Post-Op Retreat was driven by both professional dedication and personal purpose. While she excelled as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she often felt a desire to contribute on a broader scale. In 2014, she deepened her expertise by returning to school to earn a degree in Science in Surgical Technologist, reaffirming her dedication to providing optimal care.   

Beyond her professional experience, her deep compassion for caregiving was shaped by her role in supporting her aging grandmother. This experience instilled in her a profound sense of empathy and respect for individualized care, reinforcing her belief in the power of advocacy, ethical healthcare, and patient-centered recovery.  

In 2022, her perspective on post-operative care evolved further following her own cosmetic surgery experience. This firsthand insight exposed critical gaps in traditional recovery support, especially for individuals healing outside of clinical settings.  Recognizing the challenges faced by clients recovering alone in unfamiliar environments, she was inspired to reimagine post-operative care, one that brings high quality, compassionate support directly to the client, wherever they are.  

This pivotal experience became the foundation for her mission to deliver mobile, luxury post-operative care through Holiday Post-Op Retreat. Now operating as a private home care provider, her company offers professional, concierge-style services to clients recovering in their homes, hotels, Airbnb's, or temporary residences. By bridging the gap between surgery and recovery with skilled mobile care, she empowers clients to heal with dignity, confidence, and comfort.  

As the driving force behind the business, Ms. Holiday leverages her healthcare expertise, commitment to infection prevention, and vision for inclusive, accessible healing to redefine post-op recovery. 

Her mission is rooted in advocacy, compassion, and excellence, creating a trusted service that uplifts and empowers every client on their journey to full recovery.
